All catering orders must be approved by the appropriate C-Suite (1 level approval)
All catering orders must be placed 3 days (72 hours) in advance for guaranteed delivery
Catering orders that require linen (other than white) must be placed 4 days (96 hours) in advance for guaranteed delivery
Catering orders that require rentals or flowers must be placed 4 days (72 hours) in advance for guaranteed delivery
All catering orders come standard with disposable plates, silverware, and cups
Any condiments required (ie: cream cheese, jelly, salt, pepper, etc.) will be included
For catering orders to be delivered they must include a food package, or snack/break package
Ordering only beverages will require pickup from the Dietary Department
Orders will not be accepted for weekends or after hours until appropriate C-suite level of approval is provided
Catering orders that require china must be specified on request form
Catering orders that require staffing during event must be specified on request form
Meetings/Events that require a room must be specified on request form and approved by Administration
Meetings/Events that require room setup must be specified on request form and sent to Director of Environmental
Please allow 30 minutes between room bookings/prior to event for room setups
Meetings/Events that require TV/Video conferencing, Projectors, etc. must be specified on request form and sent to IT Department
Hors D’ Oeuvres Order Recommendations:
2-4 Pieces per person for events 30-60 minutes cocktail hour
5-6 Pieces per person for events 1.5-2 hours
8-10 Pieces per person for events 2-4 hours
12-15 Pieces per person for events 4+ hours (without dinner service)
